  • 8 tablespoons evaporated milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Mix the puree with the other ingredients. Of the shrimp, add water and simmer for 20 minutes. Blend, strain and set aside. Brown the chopped onion and stir the bechamel sauce and broth.
